"We hired BPI after our home burnt to the ground in the Riverside fire of 2020.
There were multiple challenges to our project such as removal of all waste, and testing and proper disposal of any hazardous waste. Additionally, we had a geotechnical company assess our property to assure the safety of rebuilding. This led to special requirements and periodic assessments by the geotechnical company that needed to be considered when BPI was coordinating the overall house build. There were also the many other challenges that most builders have experienced since Covid 19. These included unavailable products, delayed transport, lack of skilled labor, and a volatile market. Bryan and his team were transparent with issues related to obtaining product, finances, and assuring skilled labor and expected timelines.
We found the folks from BPI to be pleasant and flexible. Several times during the project we changed our mind about a particular design feature. Bryan and Kirsten were great about meeting with us and helping us to find a satisfactory solution.
The help that they gave us with the insurance requirements was invaluable. They are well versed in insurance claim requirements and provided us with the needed documentation. And when there were items that were unclear, Kirsten was great at following up with the county or with a supplier and helping us to get what we needed.
All this is to say that I would not hesitate to recommend BPI for remodeling or building needs."
